I always have this question in my head.Why do slim girls always think they are fat.They want to be as skinny as a bamboo when they are already slim enough.What are the girls nowadays thinking.If your weight is like 60 kg and above then i dont mind you having a diet but if your weight is like 40 kg plus please dont go on a diet ~!
And i guess many girls out there see dieting is an in thing to do or rather they love doing it.But what my aim of today's topic is to tell them the right way of dieting.Most of the time girls will "assume" they know the right way of dieting,which is skipping meals.
News flash.Skipping your meals will only make you weaker,give you stomach problems and eventually destory you.Why?Because your body lacks nutrients !Yes you will eventually grow thinner BUT in an unhealthy way.Girls think that guys like slim girls.Yes,i agree they do but i think they will not like the stomach problems that come with that slimness.Thinking that your girl friend is going to die of some sickness just makes life sad for the guy yea?
Why girls think they are fat when they arent.Easy,in hokkien people say " ai sui mai mia".Means Rather die then to be ugly.Reality is unhealthy beauty isnt attractive at all.So i hope that after reading this you girls should have your wake up call.
However,you can still go on a diet.But a healthy one !You can eat LESSER each meal and not skip all meals.You can eat more but pull out time to exercise,dont say that you dont have time.If there is a will there will be a way.Bottom line is dont be lazy =).
And to you girls out there,if you want to know that are you fat or not dont ask yourself.This is because most of the time your self deciving.Ask a guy.And if he says you are fat then you're fat and vice versa.This is because all the guys know when they see a slim girl or not this is our nature so dont doubt it =).Lastly,God created food for us to eat so dont discard this privilage and you only got 1 life so eat all you can before you cant taste anymore.Life is short treasure it =).Chill ~ J out ~
